Only a select number of athletes are invited into The Endurance Tribe's global programme each season. The programme is designed to scout talented runners and creators and give them the chance to reach full potential.
Invitation Standards
Entry to the programme is by application only. The selection team reviews each athlete against a set of performance and character criteria. We want commitment, authenticity and passion. The more details you give in the application, the greater the chance is to be accepted.
You do not have to be a pro athlete. We are looking for ambition.
This is for you if you

The Programme
The 2026 Endurance Tribe Team season is four months, starting in August.
Helping you stay on track. In-depth feedback and an opportunity to resolve the mental blocks that stop you from progressing. We are there to guide you through challenges you are facing.
Live feedback in a group setting. You learn from others, they learn from you. The room raises everyone. Everyone goes through the same transformation. They are your colleagues when you need to discuss ideas and they are your friends when you feel alone.
A place where everything is collected. It is a place for getting feedback between calls and pushing each other forward.
We dig deep into the anti-sale strategy. You learn how to form genuine relationships with the clients and companies you want to work with. You get the exact content plan that actually works. It is not a generic template. You learn how to tailor it to your voice.
Learn how to capture people with good copy. Your work starts to pay off. Literally.
"Who am I to succeed?" If you've asked yourself that, it is probably stopping you from reaching your full potential. We work through it together.
The Vision
Picture this. You wake up on a Tuesday morning. You are getting ready for a run. The breakfast is exactly like you want it. You are now living a life where you have time to make it and money to get your favourite ingredients. You have finally become the morning person you always wanted to be and it's not because you have to. You just feel a passion for life that made you excited to get up. You stop and think about how far you have come. Running is your job now and The Endurance Tribe Team have become your colleagues.
Your phone has a message from a brand you have been watching for years. They express how much you resonate with their brand and you feel how a bit of adrenaline is starting to give you a rush. You absolutely love that brand.
There is something that changes when running becomes your career that nobody tells you about. It is not just the money, although that changes too. It is the way you carry yourself and the way people look up to you.
You are not hoping for someone to discover you anymore. You are building it step by step.
You set out on that run. You have the energy to lightly fly through three hours of landscape that used to be something you could only have after a long week of working in the office. You can feel the difference. Having the time to treat running as a job, makes it more joyful than it has ever been. When you come back, you take a look at your following count. Never did you ever dream about that engagement before, and it is not only followers. You have built a real community from scratch who loves everything about you.
A journalist emails to ask if they can cover an expedition you have planned for the autumn. You tell them you will think about it. You have two other outlets interested as well. You are not chasing coverage anymore. Coverage comes to you. People are messaging you every day to understand how you manage to do the adventures you do. They ask you to give them a training program and you start mentoring athletes that you love working with. It gives another sense of purpose and a steady monthly income.
At some point in the week you look at your bank account. Running is covering itself and more. You do not calculate how much a race entry or a pair of running shoes costs anymore.
You do not feel guilty about the time you spend on the trails.
The people around you notice something. Not just the fitness and the health. The glowing confidence that comes from spending your best hours on doing something that is yours. You are lighter and more present. You are doing what you were built to do and finally getting paid to do it.
That is not a fantasy. That is what happens when you learn the skills and get the feedback that you don't get from general knowledge and tips.
Meet the Mentor of the Team
I built an audience of 90k followers and I earn more than someone with a doctorate. This was never luck.
Not long ago I was living in a van. Not the romantic Instagram version. I mean sleeping in the back of a van because I could not afford to do anything else. I had about 600 followers, and they were mostly friends and family.
I was an ultra runner. I had big adventures in my head, big mountains I wanted to cross, multi-day expeditions I wanted to film and share. The passion was there. The commitment was there. The money was not.
I knew how to run. I had no idea how to turn running into my career. Those are two completely different skills, and nobody in the running world was teaching the second one.
I did what most runners do. I started posting. I tried to figure out Instagram. I made a lot of research about algorithms, editing and psychology. Suddenly something changed. I cracked some codes. I got to a point of confidence and I had a big following to offer brands so I reached out.
To my surprise, the brands didn't show much interest. Occasionally they sent a free product and a 10% discount code for my followers. They maybe even gave me an affiliate link, but that link never had a return of more than a few dollars. I kept running and kept going broke.
I asked myself: how are there accounts with 3,000 followers that earn more than me when I have 70,000 followers? What do they know that I don't? I looked into it.
I am not a superhuman, but I am the hero in my own journey. In every hero's journey, there is a mentor. I noticed that I did not see my own patterns no matter how much theory I learned. One day, I found my mentor Luke, and we had a call. Taking that step to sign up with him was the scariest thing I have ever done. I was so broke that I knew: if nothing happens in three months, I will have a problem. That was the extreme reality.
But what was the alternative? The struggle was more of a risk than the risk of not getting anywhere. Having a mentor changed me and jumping into the unknown was the best thing I have ever done.
I stopped trying to be discovered and started learning how to be a better business so that I could be the one in charge. I learned sales and psychology. I learned writing copy. I learned how to write a proposal that makes a brand say yes before they have even finished reading it.
Everything that I learned started showing results quicker than I thought. When things clicked, it only took me three months to go from $500 months to earning $8,000 in a single month.
I am not saying that you will get the same results, but I can say that if you work hard, with passion, over time, using the strategies that I teach you, there is no doubt that you will get there.
The Final Word
The Endurance Tribe Team exists for the ones who refuse to wonder. It exists for the ones who never want to wake up five years from today wondering what would have happened if they went for it.
